Orders
To find this information, go to Setting>General>About. What is listed to the right of Model Name is the type of iPhone you have.
We accept Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
If you need to modify your order, contact us at support@icutiegear.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to pause the order for modification if we are able to do so and if inventory allows.
If the order has already been processed: place a new order for the correct item and return the original order for a refund. Please contact us when initiating this process.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually shipped within 2-4 business days. Orders placed on Friday afternoon and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email reflecting that your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number.
We use UPS and USPS for order delivery.
Our store offers Economy Shipping and Standard Shipping.
Economy shipping transit time is 5-8 business days and is free for U.S. orders $45 and up!
Standard shipping transit time is 3-4 business days and costs $6.
*Please note that transit time does not include processing time
If you entered the wrong address on your order, contact us at support@icutiegear.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to change the shipping address before the order is processed.
If the order was processed and delivered to the wrong address entered when the order was placed, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
We will cover certain courier errors such as being lost in transit, postage due errors, or misrouted packages when tracking numbers provide no clear cause.
If an order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we will not cover the cost of reshipping the order. In most cases, the delivery has been made but left in an unexpected location at the recipient's address.

Returns
Products must be returned within 30 days of the order date.
Products must be in unused, unopened, and perfect new condition to qualify for a return.
A prepaid return label will be sent to you that is valid for 7 days. Please drop your return package off at a verified courier location within this time frame to be eligible for a refund.
A $3.99 per item restocking fee will be applicable to all returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Returns take 3-5 business days to process. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card.
